About the Bay Area Renaissance Festival
Since its debut in Largo, Florida, the Bay Area Renaissance Festival has grown into one of Florida’s most beloved annual traditions.
Set in the heart of Dade City, our vibrant festival invites guests to step into a 16th-century European village with 15 stages of entertainment, over 100 talented artisans, and immersive historical experiences.
As we celebrate our 48th season, we welcome families, history buffs, and adventure seekers to experience an unforgettable world of fun, feasts, and festivities for all ages!

Photography Rules
Eligibility
All photographs must be taken during a performance day from the 2026 season. Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Copyright
All photos submitted to the Mid-America Festivals Inc must be the legal property of the person submitting the image. Mid America Festivals will not be held responsible for any copyright infringements.
Usage Rights
By entering this competition you grant Mid-America Festivals Inc the right to publish or reproduce submitted photo(s), along with your name, location, type of photographic equipment used (if available) on any Mid-America website, printed materials, newsletter and other social networking channels, without fee or compensation. Mid-America Festivals may use submitted photographs for promotional use only, NOT for commercial use. Small photo alterations may be made by our staff in order to format submitted for social media, print or promotional purposes.
Limitations
Mid-America Festivals will not accept photographic images of children under the age of 16 without consent of a legal guardian or parent.
Film/Photo Rights
All film rights are reserved. Commercial use of photos, videos or audio tapes made at the festival without written permission from the Marketing Department is strictly prohibited. We prohibit the use of video or photographic monopods or tripods unless authorized by Festival management.
