Donations

The Bay Area Renaissance Festival is happy to support charitable organizations that make a positive impact on our community!

Request Eligibility

501c3 Non-profit organizations or other charitable organizations are welcome to fill out the donation request below.
Requests must be for fundraising purposes only (ex. raffle, silent or live auction).

Application Process

For efficiency purposes, all donations requests must be submitted through the online application. Emails, phone calls, faxes and mailed submissions will no longer be accepted.
Requests must be received at least 6 weeks prior to the event.
Donations are limited to one request per organization each calendar year.

Request Fulfillment

Please understand that request fulfillment is not immediate. Charitable donation are done on a rolling basis and filled sequentially based on order of events.
Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee a donation.
Donations will be mailed to the address provided.
